Cassie Krajewski, MSW, LCSW, is a psychotherapist and clinical consultant in private practice in Denver, Colorado. Her work sits at the intersections of trauma and dissociation, eating disorders and body image, sex and intimacy, and addictive processes. She earned her Master of Social Work degree and an advanced graduate certificate in Sexual Health from the University of Michigan. Before entering the field of psychotherapy, Cassie taught Literature and Writing at the secondary level, and she continues to bring her love of teaching, pedagogy, and meaning making into her clinical and consultation work.
A lifelong learner and dedicated clinician, Cassie is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Certified Therapist, Certified Sex Therapist from American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists, Licensed Addiction Counselor with the state of Colorado, and a Certified Body Trust® Practitioner. She also integrates Internal Family Systems Therapy, somatic therapy, clinical hypnosis, and anti-oppressive and liberatory frameworks into her practice.
Beyond her work with clients, Cassie is committed to mentoring and training other mental health practitioners. Cassie has facilitated EMDR Basic Trainings and led EMDR Advanced Training topics for many years. Now, she is co-founder of IRIS Training Collective, a professional training group, where she develops and provides integrative trauma-focused trainings and retreats. Cassie also dedicates much of her time to providing clinical consultation to other professionals and creates creative resources that move clinicians beyond mechanics toward more embodied, intuitive, and relational practice. She also hosts Taking Up Space, a podcast exploring themes of embodiment, healing, and body liberation.
