She fell in love with Reiki and Vibrational Bowl Sound therapy due to personal health reasons. A combination of yoga, massage therapy, reiki and vibrational sound therapy has helped sustain optimal health. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker who now teaches individuals how to heal from the inside out.
Javelin began writing as a little girl in her diaries to escape her home environment. Writing allowed me to escape and create a safe place for me. I kept all my diaries well into adulthood and then start discovering “The Little Girl Inside of Me” was still trapped and unhealed from her childhood trauma. I collected my writings and wrote two books. “The Little Girl Inside of Me and It Takes a Journey to Heal.” The writing, along with counseling and holistic practices freed me. Writing gave me power and a voice. I speak for those who have not freed their inner child. I speak for the invisible child. I spoke for me and now I’m free. Educating my culture is healing. I do the work for my mother, may she rest in paradise. My goal is to break learned family cycles of addiction and abuse. J
